Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (1)
- $4.5 million spent. Construction Ready contributes to workforce development, economic growth, and community impact across Georgia and beyond through two core programs: K-12 School Programming and Pre-Apprenticeship Skills Training. K-12 Programming Services support construction programs in public schools through teacher training and retention, classroom support, large-scale student events such as CareerEXPO. Programming provides students with access to training and industry-recognized credentials, promotes skilled trade career pathways, and partners with the construction industry to facilitate Construction Program Excellence certifications. These efforts equip students with practical skills and real-world exposure to foster careers in the skilled trades. The Pre-Apprenticeship Program delivers in-class training for adults seeking to enter the construction workforce. Participants gain hands-on experience and are connected directly with employers for job placement. This program supports individual career advancement, addresses industry labor shortages, and strengthens the construction workforce in Georgia and beyond.
