Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $90,620 spent. 4-H Camp which would provide 200+ 4-H'ers the opportunity to attend 4-H summer educational camping at Rock Eagle 4-H Center
  2. $13,321 spent. ANR - Laboratory and diagnostic handling fees, shipping fees. The ANR provides Effingham County residents to have soil and water analyzed as well as have an agent readily on hand to talk with.
  3. $44,400 spent. Other 4-H activities that help educate and include county students are DPA, which gives kids the chance to learn public speaking and presentations. SAFE activities include Shotgun and Archery. This provides children the chance to learn and compete in a safe environment. Day camps such as going to the zoo, the local water park and local petting zoos give the kids the chance to have activities throughout the summer instead of staying at home.
