Programs described in its return (2)
- $1.3 million spent. Group Ministry & Resource Development: Organize, develop, and facilitate business leader groups, cohort groups and other similar groups. These peer type groups use resources and group meetings to facilitate discussions and encourage implementation of biblical principles in all areas of their business and personal lives that include business purpose, servant leadership, sales and marketing, financial stewardship, organizational development, business excellence, and business planning. Most groups are back to meeting in person. However, we have continued to use Zoom and other similar technology, as many groups started to meet online and a number of new groups have been started online. Our Group Leader Training program was updated again and we held multiple online training sessions and produced materials for use in business leader groups & seminars. Our website was improved and new transformational content was added. Other accomplishments in 2024 include additional updates to multiple online courses for Christian business leaders, collaboration meetings with other marketplace ministries so that we can better serve our communities, regular national prayer calls using Zoom, monthly leadership development calls hosted by our President and staff, bi-weekly e-mail training & membership updates to all our ministry members and friends.
- $619,271 spent. Conference & Event Ministry: Conduct conferences, regional gatherings, and other training events that provide teaching, counsel, and fellowship to business leaders on applying biblical principles in every area of their lives. During 2024, we hosted our annual International Business Leaders Conference and over 20 regional, local and curated events. All were well attended and all of them were in-person gatherings. In addition to our in-person conferences and events, we are producing regular, on-line podcasts and townhall meetings which are hosted by FCCI staff members and business leaders.
