THE WELLNESS CENTER IS STAFFED WITH CERTIFIED PROFESSIONALS READY TO ASSIST MEMBER IN THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INDIVIDUAL EXERCISE PROGRAMS. EXERCISE CLASSES INCLUDING AEROBICS, STRENGTH TRAINING, CORE CONDITIONING, INDOOR CYCLING, YOGA, AND LOW INTENSITY SENIOR ADULT EXERCISE PROGRAMS PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS TO PARTICIPATE WITH OTHER MEMBERS IN A GROUP SETTING WHERE EXPERT INSTRUCTION IS AVAILABLE AND SOCIAL SUPPORT IS ENCOURAGED.
