This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

  2. $29,316 spent. GRANTS TO LOCAL PARK FOUNDATIONS: The WV State Park System has a program where park guests can make donations to support the state's parks. The state gathers the donations and forwards them to the Foundation. Some parks have local 501(c)(3) foundation that supports that park. If donations are received from a park with a foundation the money is transferred to that foundation as a grant. The amount shown is the total grants made during the year. This year the foundation hosted a retired superintendent picnic and a campaign for playgrounds.
