BEEF BOARD: THE OPERATING COMMITTEE OF THE BEEF BOARD CONTRACTS WITH THE FOUNDATION TO OVERSEE AND ADMINISTER APPLIED RESEARCH RELATED TO THE POST-HARVEST SAFETY OF U.S. BEEF PRODUCTS AND DISSEMINATE THE RESEARCH AND OTHER SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION TO BEEF PROCESSORS.
