THE CCA HELPS NEW CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS SOLVE THE VERY SPECIFIC CHALLENGES THEY FACE. CCA'S PROGRAMS AND SERVICES ARE TARGETED TO TOWARD PHCC CONTRACTORS SPECIALIZING IN RESIDENTIAL, INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL, AND INSTITUTIONAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. QSC WAS ESTABLISHED IN IN 1994 FOR THOSE CONTRACTORS IN THE SERVICE AND REPAIR INDUSTRY LOOKING TO ADVANCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL. QSC ENHANCES BOTH THE INDUSTRY AND OUR MEMBERS' REPUTATION BY ORIGINATING AND DELIVERING TIMELY AND LIVELY PROFESSIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS. UAC WAS ESTABLISHED TO REPRESENT A UNIFIED VOICE FOR THE UNION CONTRACTORS WITHIN PHCC TO MAKE SURE THEIR SPECIAL NEEDS AND CONCERNS ARE REPRESENTED. UAC WORKS TO MAINTAIN AND NURTURE A WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE UNITED ASSOCIATION AND PROVIDE ITS MEMBERS WITH NEW UP-TO-DATE NATIONAL LABOR AGREEMENTS AND TRAINING PROGRAMS
