Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $54,142 spent. The American Center for Education and Testing (ACET) administers across Eurasia a wide range of tests for educational and professional purposes. Academic tests, such as the test of English as a foreign language (TOEFL), SAT, GRE, and many others are taken by students who wish to endure U.S. educational institutions or want a credential of their academic achievements. Other exams administered include professional exams including software and financial analyst certifications. Tests are administered regularly, some in paper-based formats and others through online delivery systems in permanent and temporary testing centers. Staff are trained in security and proctoring, and many have received certifications for test administration from the test developers. ACET's goal is to support international mobility of students and scholars by making available tests and systems so that students can pursue education and document their achievement on an international level.
