  1. $267,750 spent. PUBLIC WITNESS: DEVELOPING AND CONNECTING RELIGIOUS LEADERS OF MORAL COURAGE. DEVELOPING, CONNECTING, AND TRAINING RELIGIOUS LEADERS, CARE PROVIDERS, AND ADVOCATES AT THE INTERSECTION OF REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH, RIGHTS, AND JUSTICE IS CRITICAL TO RCRC'S MISSION. OUR GOAL IS TO EXPAND AND CONNECT COMMUNITIES OF RELIGIOUS LEADERS SO THAT RCRC CAN ACHIEVE A MORE COORDINATED ORGANIZING IMPACT. OUR FLAGSHIP PROGRAM OF ORGANIZING AND PERFORMING RITUALS OF BLESSING FOR REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CLINICS IS A CORE PART OF THIS EFFORT. OUR TRAINING PROGRAM, COMPASSIONATE CARE FOR THE ABORTION JOURNEY, TRAINS LEADERS AND PROVIDERS IN HOW TO OFFER NONJUDGMENTAL SPIRITUAL CARE FOR ABORTION SEEKERS. OUR ONLINE LEARNING SITE, THE RELIGION AND RELIGION AND REPRO LEARNING CENTER, EQUIPS RELIGIOUS LEADERS, SCHOLARS, AND ACTIVISTS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE NECESSARY TO ADVOCATE FOR REPRODUCTIVE AND RELIGIOUS FREEDOM.
  2. $231,121 spent. VISIBILITY: AMPLIFYING THE VOICES OF RELIGIOUS LEADERS. RCRC WORKS TO PROMOTE AN IMPACTFUL NETWORK OF RELIGIOUS LEADERS WHO SUPPORT ACCESS TO CONTRACEPTION, ABORTION, AND THE FULL RANGE OF REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CARE, BOTH IN THE PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SPHERES, AND ENCOURAGES RELIGIOUS LITERACY AMONG OUR SECULAR COLLEAGUES. RCRC IS ENGAGED IN OP-ED WRITING, HIGH-PROFILE INTERVIEWS, AND BUILDING A SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE ACROSS MULTIPLE PLATFORMS TO DELIVER THIS UNIQUE MESSAGING. WE ARE ALSO WORKING TO SHAPE AND ENRICH PUBLIC DISCOURSE WITH OUR PRO-CHOICE SPIRITUAL COMPANION SITE ABORTIONS WELCOME AND OUR RELIGION AND REPRO LEARNING CENTER, BOTH OF WHICH DRAW IN CLERGY, ACTIVISTS, THEOLOGIANS, SCHOLARS, AND HEALTHCARE WORKERS TO REFLECT ON A RANGE OF TOPICS RELATED TO REPRODUCTIVE FREEDOM, RELIGION, HISTORY, POLITICS, SOCIAL JUSTICE, AND MORE. THESE EVENTS AND RESOURCES SERVE AS ENTRY POINTS TO BRINGING MORE LEADERS INTO OUR NETWORK AND AMPLIFYING THEIR PLATFORMS.
