THROUGH THESE EXPERIENCES THE STUDENTS NOT ONLY LEARN ABOUT THE CRAFT BEHIND A WIDE RANGE OF TRADES, THEY ALSO ENGAGE IN CONVERSATIONS WITH SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS ABOUT WHAT KIND OF TRAINING IS NEEDED, WAGES, WORKING CONDITIONS/TYPICAL DAY, AND OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE INDUSTRY.
