Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $288 spent. Throughout the year, we hosted over 294 live-streamed worship services, Bible studies, and Morning Manna devotionals, reaching families and individuals across North America and Africa. Our online broadcasts provided consistent spiritual teaching, encouragement, and Messianic instruction to thousands of viewers. Weekly prayer gatherings and Sabbath services ministered healing and hope to those in need, especially during times of crisis.
  2. We trained a cohort of new ministers and leaders from various global regions through our Apostolic Training Program and ministerial mentorship track. This included virtual leadership intensives, accountability assessments, and the formal commissioning of apostles, elders, pastors, and evangelists. Participants received credentials and ongoing support to fulfill their calling in local and international ministries.
  3. In partnership with our educational arm and affiliate ministries, we mentored over 150 emerging leaders through structured courses in theology, biblical studies, and practical ministry. We also provided personal development and spiritual coaching, equipping leaders for holistic service. Our faith-based community engagement included online support groups, family enrichment teachings, and spiritual wellness initiatives for underserved and disconnected populations.
