Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $580,270 spent. PATIENT CARE: During fiscal year 24/25, the clinic had over 3,300 patient appointments and procedures. This included transitioning our Preceptor into a Resident Physician who focused on pediatrics. Between all three physicians, Radiant Health also welcomed 474 new patients. RHNMC continued its focus on empowering and equipping the next generation of naturopathic physicians and providers. We continued to enhance the naturopathic skills and experience of our Nurse Practitioner which allowed us to provide more services to our patients. Furthermore, we offered another Sonoran University student a Preceptorship in April of 2025. The clinic continued to offer diagnostic and therapeutic modalities such as clinical and laboratory diagnostic testing, nutritional medicine, botanical medicine, naturopathic physical medicine, public health measures, hygiene, counseling, homeopathy, acupuncture, prescription medication, and other procedures. During fiscal year 24/25, the clinic worked with representatives of the Gilbert Police Department to offer special treatment packages to our First Responders. The packages were specially designed to focus on treatments to help reduce the enormous stress and trauma experienced by those on the front lines. Radiant Health was grateful to be able to offer these services at a discounted rate for First Responders. Finally, Radiant Health was blessed with opportunities to expand the impact of our Charity Care program. During fiscal year 24/25, the clinic had 264 Charity Care appointments, which represents a 140% increase from the previous fiscal year. Our patients are facing many hardships several are struggling with an illness, some are experiencing relationship strife, and others are enduring a traumatic experience. Oftentimes, those struggles are accompanied by financial stress and the result is that their health deteriorates. We are intently focused on growing our Charity Care program so that we can help patients who need financial assistance be able to access our services.
  2. $46,674 spent. MEMBERSHIP: Radiant Healths goals far exceed simply providing quality healthcare to its patients. During the 24/25 fiscal year, we continued to develop and mature a community of people who are interested and active in their own health journey. To achieve our long-term objectives, we worked to expand, educate, envision, and empower our members. As of June 30, 2024, RHNMC had 163 active members. The third annual Radiant Health Tea Party that was held for members, vendors, and guests was a huge success. We had 74 people in attendance, 18 Sponsors, and Raised a total of $17,990 for our Charity Care program. RHNMC continues to rely on volunteers to support the clinic. Volunteers played a critical role in helping with our operations, specifically, they assisted with bookkeeping, custodial and facilities help, planning and implementing our Tea Party, and oversight on our board of directors. The Radiant Health volunteers provided over 1810 hours of service for an average of approximately 35 hours per week.
  3. $7,307 spent. COMMUNITY OUTREACH: This past fiscal year, Radiant Healths community outreach included several different endeavors. The clinic participated in Raising Healthy Families, an initiative to help equip parents with the resources needed to raise healthy children. Radiant Health also partnered with a doctoral candidate at the University of Cumberlands in KY, along with a research team of mental health professions and professional researchers, to conduct a Trauma-Informed Primary Care Study (TIPCS). The goal of this study was to give primary care patients a voice regarding what trauma-informed healthcare looks and feels like. Because healthcare outcomes are known to be poorer for people who have experienced childhood adversity and have complex medical issues, Radiant Health supported this research study to help improve medical outcomes for this important population. Radiant Health also continued our inclusion efforts by utilizing two special needs volunteer workers. Blake, a 23-year-old with Down Syndrome, and Tucker, a 24-year-old with Autism, were provided work experience at Radiant Health. Working a couple of shifts each week, together they helped the clinic by organizing, cleaning, and assisting with other miscellaneous tasks. They have become integral to the patient experience at Radiant Health and continue to make meaningful contributions to our overall environment.
