Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. $229,220 spent. Community habilitation - offers in-home assistance and care to individuals of all ages who need to improve their daily living skills, maintain abilities and carry over skills learned in school or other day programs. Community Habilitation provides much-needed support to families whose members benefit from additional training. Community Habilitation services may also be delivered in a certified residential setting.
  2. $210,574 spent. Respite services - is an indirect service that provides relief to people who are responsible for the primary care and support of a person with a developmental disability. Respite services provide temporary relief from the demands of care giving, which can help reduce overall family stress. This enables families to better meet the needs of their loved one with a developmental disability. Respite can be provided in the home or out of the home, during the day, evenings or overnight. When a family member, Family Care provider or live-in/house-parent staff person has to deal with family illness, emergence, or caregivers or staff vacation, respite services can ensure that their loved ones needs are met.
