Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $68,859 spent. The organization provided a structured youth baseball league and instructional programs for children ages 4-14 in the local community. During the year, the association organized and operated spring/summer recreational and competitive leagues, fall instructional sessions, skills clinics, and all-star opportunities. More than 250 youth participants benefited from the programs, learning fundamentals of the game, teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, and physical fitness in a safe, supervised environment. Volunteer coaches and board members contributed thousands of hours to support practices, games, umpiring, field maintenance, and player development. Expenses for fields, equipment, uniforms, insurance, umpires, and related costs directly furthered the organization's exempt purpose of promoting amateur youth sports and community youth development.
