Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- $23,631 spent. 2025 Shenandoah Valley Pride Festival brought together our local community to celebrate everyone exactly how they were made to be. We estimated over 3000 people attended to shop, be entertained, and gather together to learn more about our community and the organizations available to support them. New this year was a community health fair which included over 21 non profit organizations sharing services information. We also raised $5120 during our fundraiser pageant which provides funds to operate our festival. $1000 was provided to Rhinestone Productions to help cover the rental fee for their Miss Gay Harrisonburg pageant.
