In partnership with Sellers Dorsey and key system partners, Together Georgia is helping advance implementation of the states continuum of care roadmap through focused planning, stakeholder alignment, and systems-level coordination. This work includes expanded support around Therapeutic Care Model (TCM) readiness through our partnership with the Department of Community Health. Sellers Dorsey continues to provide strategic consulting, technical assistance, communication and policy support, participation in the Advisory Committee, and high-level provider capacity assessments. These efforts are helping providers prepare for implementation while laying the groundwork for sustainable improvements that strengthen service delivery and better meet the needs of children and families across Georgia.
