Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. $4.6 million spent. DESIGN AND PROVIDE A NEXT GENERATION BROADBAND OPEN NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE THAT WILL SUPPORT ALL OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
  2. In preparing the Organizations 2025 Schedule A (Form 990), Part III, Section A, the Organization recomputed the amounts reported on line 7b for tax years 2021 through 2024 to properly apply the limitation under IRC Section 509(a)(2) for amounts in excess of the greater of $5,000 or 1% of total support from any one payor. The prior-year Forms 990 are not being amended because the correction did not affect the Organizations public charity status under IRC Section 509(a)(2) during those years. The corrected amounts are reflected solely in the 2025 Schedule A five-year public support computation.
