Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- $13,892 spent. The Lucky Cat Rescue provided food and shelter for feral "community cats" as well as food and supplies for our rescued cats that are in foster homes waiting for adoption. We average 50 cats in homes at all times.
- $7,700 spent. The Lucky Cat Rescue provided emergency medical care for cats rescued from the streets in hoarding and abuse situations. Many times this has included trips to the emergency room for life threating injuries.
- $5,613 spent. The Lucky Cat Rescue provided veterinary services for over 150 cats. Veterinary services include; spaying or neutering, FIV/FeLV testing, microchipping and a full spectrum of vaccinations. We also TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) feral cats in the area so they can live their life without reproducing.
