What it says it does
We work with mutually compatible organizations in Bolivia, which have our same charitable desires, ethics, and goals so that we can provide them with any or all of the following, depending on their needs: funding, training, volunteers, tools, materials, and other support so that they can directly help disabled Bolivians. The end goal is to help disabled Bolivians to lead more productive lives, feel more cohesive with their communities, and contribute to their families and the local area.

Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (1)
- Due to political and economic uncertainty in Bolivia, we were unable to support any of our usual programs. So, our accomplishments were limited to keeping our website up to date, ensuring that our legal status with the state of Florida was paid for and valid, and updating our profile information on all our avenues of fundraising.
