- UPGRADED EXHIBITS IN THE BARRACKS BUILDING, ADDED INTERPRETIVE SIGN FOR STOCKADE WALL.
- $4,946 spent. CO-HOSTED THE SECOND ANNUAL ELMIRA CIVIL WAR SYMPOSIUM WITH ELMIRA COLLEGE WHICH INCLUDED LECTURES AND TOURS COVERING A RANGE OF TOPICS RELATED TO ELMIRA'S CIVIL WAR HISTORY.
