Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (2)
- $20,388 spent. Program Service 1 - Maternal and Generational Health Initiative (Year 2 of 3 Grant, California Community Foundation). In 2025, Compton Community Development Corporation continued planning and implementation-readiness activities for its Maternal and Generational Health Initiative. The organization maintained the program framework developed in 2024 and continued limited planning, coordination, administrative support, vendor support, communications, and infrastructure work connected to improving maternal, postpartum, and generational health outcomes. Program activity during 2025 was focused primarily on sustaining the initiative, preserving partnerships, and preparing for future implementation.
- $199 spent. ebuild Altadena Pilot Project / Altadena Wildfire Recovery. In 2025, Compton Community Development Corporation, doing business as Altadena CDC, began wildfire recovery and rebuilding readiness work for the Altadena community. The organization received a legislatively directed state allocation administered through the California Department of Housing and Community Development to support the Rebuild Altadena Pilot Project. Because the funds were received near year-end, 2025 activities focused primarily on initial project planning, recovery coordination, implementation readiness, stakeholder engagement, and preparing systems to support rebuilding, housing stabilization, anti-displacement, and long-term community resilience. Most project funds remained unspent at year-end for implementation in 2026.
