The Organization works in collaboration with three affiliated ministries (In His Name Ministries NPC (South Africa), In His Name Ministries (UK), and In His Name Ethiopia Ministries) under a Global Cooperation Agreement. The ministries also collaborate to create Christian media content to be spread via TV, radio, the internet, or other means throughout the world. Each year, In His Name holds five to six mass crusades in towns and villages across South Africa, Ethiopia, Thailand, and elsewhere around the world. These open-air events are organized with the local churches and are held over a minimum of two days. These meetings focus on the preaching of the Gospel, which is frequently done by Evangelist Tamryn Klintworth.
