Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- Rescue - The organization currently cares for an average of 30 dogs per year. Many come to us after being injured abused abandoned or with moderate to severe behavioral issues. We work hard to rehabilitate train and socialize them and find the best suitable homes.
- Adoption - Each of our dogs is unique in character and must be placed in a specific environment which will be compatible for both the dog and his her humans. We currently face an overpopulation crisis in our country which is making adoptions more difficult to achieve. Most if not all rescues are struggling to find homes for all their dogs. Weve been able to maintain an approximate 50% adoption rate per year compared to nearly 90% pre-COVID.
- Care Training and Rehabilitation - We provide a loving environment for our rescues and work with each one individually. If their needs exceed our expertise we do not hesitate to seek professional trainers to work with the dogs to make them more adoptable.
