SWIMMERS PARTICIPATE IN THE LEAGUE THROUGH THEIR INDIVIDUAL TEAMS OR CLUBS. WE OFFER FEE WAIVERS TO DISADVANTAGED SWIMMERS UPON REQUEST BY THEIR SPONSORING TEAMS OR CLUBS.
