Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

  2. Funding was provided to purchase cooking oil and rice for distribution to a group of 92 widows in Akeh Village, NW District, Cameroon. This group has been formed to provide mutual support, job and skills training, to carry out evangelistic work, and to perform community service projects in their village. Many have one or more children, and this food provides basic nutrition assistance for these families.
  3. Funding was provided to an orphanage in the Democratic Republic of Congo to purchase food, school supplies, and Christmas presents for the orphans in their care. These funds were also used to purchase a set of crutches for a disabled man and to provide gifts of food and household supplies for a widow with two children.
  4. Money was used to purchase Christmas gifts of toys and personal care items for orphaned children living in Akeh Village and the orphanage we support in the City of Limbe.
  5. $322 spent. Money was spent to reimburse volunteers in Cameroon for travel expenses and other miscellaneous costs to do their work.
  6. $219 spent. Cell phones were purchased for two volunteer coordinators in Cameroon to assist them in their ministry work.
  7. Scholarships were provided for the fall term for 19 children attending school in Akeh Village. The students were made up of both boys and girls, and included 4 in preschool, 11 in primary school, and three attending secondary school. All students successfully completed the term.
  8. Christmas presents were provided for eight needy families in the St. Louis, MO metro area. These families were identified through collaboration with the pastors from three churches who partnered with our organization. Gifts included clothing, household items, and toys for the children.
