Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. $118,209 spent. LIFE-ON-LIFE MENTORING DISCIPLESHIP IS OUR PRIMARY FOCUS FOR REACHING URBAN YOUTH. THIS IS WHERE WE MATCH GODLY MEN AND WOMEN WITH 4TH OR 5TH GRADE STUDENTS TO MAKE A COMMITMENT TO WALK ALONGSIDE THEM, BUILDING A LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIP THAT IS MUTUALLY TRANSFORMING. OUR MENTORS TYPICALLY SPEND AN AVERAGE OF 5 HOURS A MONTH WITH THEIR STUDENT. WE ASK OUR MENTORS TO MEET AT LEAST TWO TIMES A MONTH WITH THE STUDENT IN A VARIETY OF CONTEXTS. MENTORING TAKES PLACE EVERYWHERE AND MOST OF THE TIME IT IS DONE SIMPLY BY GETTING TO KNOW ONE ANOTHER.
  2. $78,806 spent. LIFE GROUP MENTORING IS A CHARACTER-BASED SMALL GROUP MENTORING MODEL. OUR MENTORS COME ONCE A WEEK FOR 8 WEEKS IN THE FALL AND 8 WEEKS IN THE SPRING TO DEVELOP THE NEXT GENERATION OF YOUTH IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
