What it says it does
The Julius Foundation (TJF) was incorporated in 2014 in the state of Montana as a 501(C) 3 tax exempt charitable organization to provide aid to communities in Uganda, Africa to relieve the burden caused by poverty. Inspiration for this organization has come from Father Julius Bwowe, a Catholic Priest serving in the Archdiocese of Kampala. Father Julius has been traveling to the United States, sometimes including Helena, Montana, since 2007, where he has established many friendships and works to generate support for his people. He describes situations in his parishes where truly, "the need is so great." These needs include a lack of clean water and sanitation, food security, insufficient medical care, inadequate educational facilities, transportation, and more; to put it succintly, human suffering caused by woefully substandard living conditions. This organization seeks to carry the message of Jesus Christ .

Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.
