Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (6)
- $32,195 spent. Skate4Concrete: This is a program we are creating to educate the skateboarding community on the available jobs in the concrete industry. We are developing three videos and a website where students or interested candidates can search for entry-level positions.
- $43,340 spent. Concrete Certification for High School: We developed an online course that is recognized by the National Ready Mix Concrete Foundation. I am currently Beta Testing the class with schools. It provides the opportunity for students to earn a Concrete Certification in high school.
- Concrete Ready Mix Truck Driver Training: Project Cornerstone has partnered with the Grossmont Adult School to offer a 2-week training as a ready-mix truck driver. Project Cornerstone members have supported the program by donating a truck, identifying an instructor, and providing input from the industry. Project Cornerstone is managing the program
- Tool and Equipment Scholarship Program: We offer a tool or equipment scholarship for graduates of a Diesel Mechanic and or welding program. If the students apply, get interviewed and hired by a company we award them a set of tools or equipment to help them get started in their career. The program creates an incentive for students to consider and apply for jobs in the construction industry.
- $7,230 spent. Construction Summer Academy: This is a week long academy for the Grossmont Union High School District's Career Technical Education Construction Pathway classes. Project Cornerstone organizes field trips and provides the supplies for the students to build their own mini concrete skatepark. Students break up into groups and form their own companies, select a name, logo and mission statement as it relates to building skateparks. Then they give a presentation at the end of the camp before their parents and a panel of judges.
- $2,477 spent. IDEA Center HS and El Capitan HS: We take them to a quarry and concrete block manufacturing facility to learn about jobs in the construction industry.
