Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $95,439 spent. In 2024, Point 27 was instrumental in providing God's Word to over 37,700 people. 29,776 first responders and family members of those who died in the line of duty, 7,052 members of the Armed Forces, and 894 at risk youth, women and children trapped in, or rescued from, sex trafficking. Additionally, a decorated Vietnam MEDEVAC pilot donated a car to Point 27. Point 27 gave the car to a Goldstar daughter was was just months old when her father was killed in combat while serving in Afghanistan. Point 27 continued its ongoing partnerships of Concerns of Police Survivors (COPS) and the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) to efficiently distribute Scripture inscribed necklaces to family members of those who paid the ultimate price to defend the freedom that every American enjoys. By bulk shipping the necklaces to these organization, who distribute them at their events to family members of fallen heroes, Point 27 significantly reduces the cost to share God's Word in the fulfillment of our mission. Additionally, COPS and TAPS fully vets each recipient. God's Word is powerful and does not return void.
