Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $28,837 spent. Bible Schools Programs for vulnerable childrenSwitching from a feeding program to a Bible school for children, was a significant transition that involved careful planning and consideration of the needs of the community. Initially, our organization recognized the pressing issue of child hunger and malnutrition, which led to the establishment of our feeding program. This program provided nutritious meals to 136 children in need, ensuring they received the essential nutrients for healthy growth and development. Over time, however, we observed that while their physical needs were being met, their spiritual and educational needs also required attention. When we implemented this transition, we ensured that the nutritional support continued by incorporating 3 meal services a week into the Bible school schedule in 5 different churches.Health Programs. In 2024, we continued the work that began in 2021, when Loving with Mercy, by the grace of God, established a free Health Clinic in a deprived community. We also dispatched our doctors to mobile clinics, deploying our skilled medical team to 5 different communities. Providing them with free healthcare services, free medication. These projects are designed to tackle the specific health challenges faced by our people, and we have served over 580 patients to improve their health and overall quality of life.
  2. $66,212 spent. El Salvador 500 Construction Projects. Loving with Mercy coordinated and supplied materials for the construction of 21 concrete homes for 21 families that need a house for shelter, safety, and stability. Without a proper home, they may be exposed to harsh weather conditions, unsafe living conditions, and insecurity. A house can provide a sense of security and privacy, and improves their overall quality of life.Loving with Mercy also donated materials and labor for 22 new roofs to provide a safe home. Several new beds, kitchens and wheel chairs were donated also. Materials were donated to improve the condition of 3 churches to give believers a place to worship together and to help strengthen the body of Christ.
  3. $62,111 spent. Associate Pastors from different villagesIn 2024, our organization proudly supported 55 pastors for the Glory of God by providing essential food supplies for their respective communities. This initiative was part of our larger ongoing effort to address food insecurity and ensure that vulnerable populations have access to nutritious meals. Partnering with local pastors, who are deeply connected in their communities, we were able to efficiently and effectively share the Word of God and distribute food to those in need.Evangelistic Community Outreaches. In 2024, Loving with Mercy Ministries, with the help of our generous donors, reached out to over 4,500 families in 91 different needy communities. We shared our faith in Jesus through hosting events, providing support, food, clothing, and other resources, and engaging in conversations to spread the teachings of Christianity. Our goal is to encourage others to embrace our faith. In many rural areas, access to healthcare can be very limited. To address this gap, with the purpose to show the love of God we provide free medical attention and free medicine. The initiative also addresses nutritional needs by providing food packages for individuals and families to take home.
