Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (2)
- $21,600 spent. AMATEUR SPORTS
- $2,210 spent. Shared Sponsorship-Coaches Association Playoff DinnerEach year at the conclusion of the regular season of the (29) highschool football programs we serve, a dinner is provided prior to the start of the playoffs. Invitees are the coaching staffs, athletic directors, and principals, from the (29) participating high schools. This forum provides a forum for the NVFHOF to address the crowd on our scholarship program, player & coaches awards, volunteer awards, athletic trainer awards, where over 50% of the awards are nominated by the coaches themselves. We added some new awards and raised the amount of our scholarship money. Since coaches and coaching staff change each year as well as school administrators, we continually reinforce what we do as far as recognition of people by encouraging more and more schools to take the time to nominatate individuals. Not every school nominates individuals each year so we are trying to increase and educate through more participation. The NVFHOF is NOT part of the school system so we have to work through (29) different schools to stimulte nominations. This dinner is the perfect time of the year to address these individuals and encourage nominations of their players and programs. Attendance is 250-300 and is held midweek before playoffs start. The NVFHOF banquet is the first week in March so the timing is perfect. The host of the event is the Northern Region High School Football Coahes Association and that is who we partner with to put on the event. In 2025 it was held at the Elk's Club on Rt 50 and catered by Mission BBQ.
