- $126,718 spent. Skills based Volunteerism: Since 2010, Jericho Road Pasadena has connected volunteer experts with non-profits that offer critical services to underserved residents in our community. By meeting the internal needs of these non-profits free of charge - from Strategic Planning to Marketing and IT - non-profit staff can focus on stronger delivery of services, thereby building better communities. JRP follows a seven-step match-making and project management process that defines clear outcomes for the non-profit and matches the right volunteer to the non-profit's needs. Projects range from one-time consultations to year-long projects, and might be executed by one volunteer ot a team. For the 2024-2025 fiscal year, JRP matched professionals to non-profits for a total of 1,075 hours, at an overall benefit of $214,135 all free to our non-profit clients.
- $3,880 spent. Board of Directors Training and Placement Program: In 2015, JRP extended our match-making services to board members; we have placed 74 board members in that time. We also offer quarterly board training classes for people who are interested in joining a board or those already serving on a board. By training existing board members and matching new board members, JRP is strengthening and diversifying leadership.
- $2,143 spent. Pasadena Executive Roundtable: is an informal consortium of local nonprofit executive directors who meet to discuss leadership and management issues of common concern and hear presentations by speakers of interest. Jericho Road Pasadena serves as the fiscal sponsor for the Roundtable and JRP staff is the Chair of Membership and on the Programs Committee.
