Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

The K-9s go into school classrooms to teach kids the dangers of drugs. The PPF has also purchased a new training building for the K-9s so they can further their training. Citizens on Patrol (COPs) - PPF has supplied the COPs with FIDO bags to be used for emergencies for found animals needing water and treatment for injuries. We also purchased them highly reflective winter jackets and repainted 2 COP vehicles. They also provide vacation drive by's for the Prescott community and assist the Police Department with accidents. The COP's are all volunteers and don't have a payroll.Annual Police Awards - PPF supplies funds for outstanding personnel in the Prescott Police Department. These are sold throughout the community and the funds are held by PPF. Debora Black Annual Community Service Scholarship - PPF is in year 5 giving Yavapai College scholarship funds to a deserving student in the name of former chief of police Debora Black.Facility K-9 Eden - PPF paid for K-9 Eden's training and medical care. She goes into court in support of victims of crimes. Her first court appearance was for a 14 year old rape victim. The victim did great in court because of Eden at her side for support.First Responders - PPF provided funds to the PPD for a salsa contest for the police and fire department to foster good will within the departments.Shop with a Cop - PPF provides funds for needy children at Christmas time to shop for gifts for themselves and their families.Staff Appreciation at PPD - PPF has provided gift cards to the entire police department to show appreciation for their service to the community at a time when Prescott was losing personnel because of low pay, etc. This small gesture is appreciated by the department.
