Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (1)
- $6,855 spent. We are working on developing leadership in unhoused individuals and those recently unhoused or living in shelters. We work with those individuals to develop advocacy and media plans and educational events for the broader community related to homelessness, its causes, and solutions. We also develop a newsletter that generally is read by about 500 individuals in the Sacramento region. We also hold the Annual Homeless Person's Memorial, to honor lives we've lost while living on the street the past year as well as recommit to supporting those still with us.
