  1. $647,702 spent. Over the past year, our one-of-a-kind fellowship program has continued to attract strong interest from healthcare professionals worldwide, reflecting the growing demand for high-level patient safety training. PSMF has expanded the fellowship to meet this need while remaining committed to offering the program at no cost to participantsensuring broad access to critical education and advancing our mission to achieve ZERO preventable deaths and create safer healthcare systems globally. This program plays a key role in equipping professionals to drive meaningful improvements in healthcare delivery. Building on the programs momentum in recent years, we continue to deliver high-quality instruction through a collaborative and globally accessible learning model. A cornerstone of the program is its structured mentorship approach, which pairs fellows with both individual mentors and group mentors to support capacity-building and foster a global network of patient safety leaders. Upon completion, fellows earn the FKGIPS designation, which they may include in their professional credentials as a reflection of their commitment, expertise, and leadership in advancing safer healthcare. Through this experience, fellows develop key competencies in patient safety, leadership, and systems improvement, enabling them to lead meaningful change within their organizations and across healthcare systems worldwide.

Each session featured multidisciplinary expert-led discussions to foster deeper understanding of complex healthcare topics.
