Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $936,159 spent. The Club raises funds from its members through tournament, clinic, and membership fees that are used to foster national amateur sports competition in the sport of girls lacrosse by using a two-fold approach: 1) MN Elite Traveling Teams The Club is built on the highly successful East Coast Lacrosse Club Model which combines targeted skill-building training sessions with competition against other elite teams across the country through participation in high-profile NCAA recruiting tournaments. Our team program and the tournaments selected are focused on exposing MN Elite Girls Lacrosse players to coaches in Division I, II, and III programs. The MN Elite Girls Lacrosse teams attended high school recruiting tournaments. Teams also competed in regional and national girls lacrosse tournaments. The younger teams competed in local and regional tournaments. (Continued on Schedule O)
  2. $1,750 spent. MN Elite Club Clinics The Club seeks to provide clinics open to all girls regardless of their participation on a MN Elite traveling team. The clinics are designed for girls of all levels to learn the game or improving their skills. Some clinics, however, will have an expanded scope to provide valuable learning opportunities for area coaches and officials as well as players. Many clinics are taught by top coaches from the national collegiate level in conjunction with MN Elite Girls Lacrosse Club coaches.
  3. Overall, the Club is helping many girls continue to develop their lacrosse skills and a number of girls have been recruited to play collegiate lacrosse.
