Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. Nutrition: Provide food resources to the poor and sick so they have the strength for daily activities, children can focus at school, and so the sick can take their medications (not on an empty stomach). Approximately 2,500 families received assistance with basic food nutrition. Provide items (cooking oil, sugar, pasta, tea, etc) for the Exchange Program so people who earn volunteer bucks can choose the food items they need for their family.
  2. Education: Provide children who cannot afford a public education an opportunity to learn and gain the skills necessary for a better future. Over 250 students benefitted from this grant. The teachers' salaries, including the Information Technology teacher were sponsored so the students could receive an education.
  3. Overall Healthcare and Well-being: Provides funding to help maintain the medical clinic, home visiting health practitioners, and skills development programs assisting those in poverty stricken circumstances the chance to improve their quality of life. The salary of the new Social Worker was paid from this grant providing much needed service to many people within the community.
