The wildlife center is our facility which houses our animals we use weekly as encounters for children. Each year we are able to reach approximately 5,000 children and their families. The facility hosts local children that have gone through trauma with the loss of a parent or a sibling, children suffering a life-altering illness, kids in foster homes also kids that have gone through trafficking.
  3. $22,376 spent. Higher Calling and Higher Calling Expeditions is our program that focuses on the conservation side of wildlife and fisheries along with helping children that are a part of our wild wishes community to be involved in conservation of wildlife and fisheries to allow them to experience the outdoors and help others to be able to experience it in the future. Higher Calling Expeditions have taken place in Colorado, Wyoming, Tennessee, Texas, Arkansas, Montana and Florida. These children get to engage in wildlife photography and have their photos published on our social media and in various publications and platforms. We also produce a podcast that details the program and promotes our work with children and their work with wildlife.
