What it says it does
Pay It Forward is the simple idea of helping someone without expecting anything in return - trusting that your act of kindness will inspire them to help others. Our vision is a world where innovative, effective, and accessible solutions - in health, wellness, mental support, and community care - are available to everyone who needs them, empowering individuals to thrive and inspire others through acts of kindness. Our Pay-It-Forward philosophy comes to life through programs that create real, measurable impact. From supporting first responders through co-housing and mentorship, to community wellness projects, and initiatives that help people overcome social or mental health challenges, every program is designed to lift individuals and inspire them to pay it forward in return. Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- Pay It Forward has researched and identified several programs that will have a positive impact on the environment, wellness, families, and the economy. These include business opportunities, recycling initiatives, construction of gasification and alternative fuel plants, repurposing abandoned properties, revitalizing the US shipbuilding industry, and food and nutrition alternatives for health and wellness, to name a few. To date, we have accomplished connecting with subject matter experts, businesses, and people who identify with and share the same passion for the identified programs.
- Our journey began with a broad goal to implement new technologies for the betterment of society. Over the last year we have focused on the field of cancer research, education, advocacy, and treatment access. Pay It Forward's goal is to be a powerful resource. By staying at the forefront of medical advancements, we aim to offer hope and empower individuals, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions. We are also dedicated to supporting the development of cutting-edge therapies-such as proton and carbon-ion in combination with metabolic treatments-to minimize side effects and improve patient outcomes. Our vision is that effective and innovative cancer diagnostic and treatment options are available and accessible to all. To that end, we have revised our website, increased our social media presence, and received approval for free ads from Google Ads. In addition we have identified several subject matter experts to connect with the hope that they will provide guidance in our mission.
