Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- The Kernersville Arts and Crafts Guild provided arts and crafts education, community engagement, and support for local artisans. Throughout the year, the organization hosted monthly meetings where there were demonstrations in fiber arts, woodworking, pottery, and mixed media crafts, serving approximately 40 participants. The Guild operated a member artisan store that showcased handcrafted items and promoted local makers, generating visibility and economic opportunities for more than 40 artisans. The Guild also organized community events including a seasonal craft fair, local festival, and youth art activities that reached an estimated 2,000 attendees. These programs furthered the Guild's mission to encourage creativity, preserve traditional crafts, and strengthen community involvement in the arts.
