Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. $12.4 million spent. ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ORGANIZATIONS STATED MISSION.
  2. CHARITABLE GIFT AMERICA (CGA), ESTABLISHED IN 2011,HAS HISTORICALLY PROVIDED PROGRAMS AND GRANTS TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. PARTNERING WITH THESE CHARITIES, CGA HAS CREATED AN EFFICIENT MODEL OF PROVIDING CHARITABLE LIFE INCOME PLANS INCLUDING CHARITABLE GIFT ANNUITIES, POOLED INCOME FUNDS, DONOR ADVISED FUNDS, AND TRESTEE SERVICES FOR CHARITABLE REMAINDER TRUSTS. IN ADDITION TO ASSISTING HUNDREDS OF CHARITIES WITH THEIR FUNDRAISING OPERATIONS,CGA HAS CONSISTENTLY MADE GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS ACROSS THE USA THAT ALIGN WITH OUR CHARITABLE MISSION WHICH IS: EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OR CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE TAX CODE. THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL STRATEGIES INCORPORATED TO REACH THE MARKETPLACE AND EXPAND THE REACH OF CGA. STRATEGIES HAVE INCLUDED QUARTERLY NEWSLETTERS, PUBLIC SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS, BLOG POSTS ON THE WEBSITE, CHARITABLE EVENT SPONSORSHIPS AND IN PERSON MEETINGS WITH STAKEHOLDERS. CGA HAS AN ENTIRELY PRO BONO BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND HAS NO EMPLOYEES. THIS IS BY DESGN TO CREATE THE MOST EFFICIENT MODEL POSSILBE TO DELIVER OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO TAX- EXPEMPT ORGANIZATIONS. THE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CHARITABLE DOLLARS TO NAMED CHARITIES OR GRANTS TO SUCH CHARITIES. THIS STRATEGY HAS PROVEN TO BE EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL IN METTING THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF BOTH CGA AND THE CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS RECEIVING SERVICES AND GRANTS. IN FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2023,A STRATEGIC DECISION WAS MADE TO EXPAND THE REACH OF CGA WHILE DIVERSIFYING THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE ORGANIZATION TO CARRY OUT ITS EXEMPT PURPOSES. THAT STRATEGY WAS TO ENTER INTO NAME IMAGE AND LIKENESS (NIL) CONTRACTS WITH COLLEGE ATHLETES AROUND THE COUNTRY. THE IDEA IS TO USE THEIR CONSIDRABLE PLATFORM TO REACH MORE CHARITIES AND WEALTHY PHILANTHROPISTS WHILE HOLDING TRUE TO OUR STRATEGY OF NOT EMPLOYING ANY INDIVIDUALS. THE STRATEGY HAS PROVEN TO BE EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL IN REACHING NEW CHARITIES. IN THE PAST YEAR ALONE,ENGAGING STUDENT-ATHLETES IN NIL CONTRACTS, HAS RESULTED IN GRANTS BEING RECEIVED BY MORE THAN 100 NEW CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WORLDWIDE. IN ADDITION, THERE IS THE OPPORTUNITY TO REACH SIGNIFICANTLY MORE PHILANTHROPISTS AND ASSIST THEM WITH THEIR CHARITABLE PLANS. ATTRACTING UNRESTRICTED GIFTS TO CGA HAS ENABLED US TO USE THESE FUNDS FOR NIL CONTRACTS. AS OUR NIL PRESENCE NATIONWIDE CONTINUES TO GROW, THIS EFFICIENT MODEL WILL CREATE AN EVEN LARGER "RIPPLE EFFECT" AROUND THE GLOBE FOR CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS THAT FIT INTO OUR CHARITABLE PURPOSE AS STATED ABOVE
