Expenses include labor, materials, and installation of vaults and meters, and initial testing needed to install meters, vaults, and curbstops at individual homesites.
- Expanding water system to additional zones within the service area. Revenue includes commitment fees from developers. Non-capitalized costs incurred include consultant fees and permitting. Capitalized expenses, described in schedule D and expansion of the system to additional zones.
