Aid recepients were selected through extensive interviews and visits. Their situation is reviewed monthly through visits. In addition, selected donors provided designated gifts for students and villagers with special needs. The designated gifts included payments towards university tuitions, construction of a room for a family needing a home, construction of a small home for a homeless elderly, blankets for the elderly, a motorcycle for a familly living in a remote area, etc.
