Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $13,029 spent. Jubilee Mountain Fellowship (JMF): Religious services attended by low-income residents, those experiencing homelessness, and the general community. Includes Sunday worship services, Bible studies, monthly Saturday service, men's group and a women's group.
  2. $198 spent. Homeless Ministry: Quarterly outreach to those experiencing homelessness. Provide hygiene kits, water, food cards, blankets, socks, Bibles, and other practical help. (Expense kept low thanks to items donated by volunteers and community members.)
  3. $400 spent. Food Ministry: Religious service and monthly food distribution that serves an estimated 200-250 people per month. (Please note: Costs reduced thanks to lowering of fees by food bank partner and food donations from the community.)
