Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $40,122 spent. Holiday Lights - Decorated Old Bellevue with festive lights during the holidays. We contracted a professional lighting company to install, maintain, and remove holiday lights. The display created a welcoming atmosphere that strengthened community connections and neighborhood unity. This initiative advanced our mission of fostering a strong sense of belonging while benefiting the entire community.
  2. $18,436 spent. Beautification of the Area - Enhanced public spaces through landscaping, art installations, and regular clean-up efforts. We planted and continue to maintain flower pots along the streets, and coordinated seasonal decorations for festivals throughout the year. These initiatives improved the community environment, fostered civic pride, and encouraged environmental stewardship. This benefited the entire community.
  3. $2,000 spent. Jingle Bellevue - Provided a perfect way to kick off the festive season in the neighborhood. We organized this event by coordinating participation from local businesses. Activities included having photo taken with Santa, sending wish list in a letter to the North Pole and decorating holiday cookies. The celebration welcomed over 800 children and their families.
