Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Commissioned new works in 2024 including Rex Isenbergs Anthropo-scenes for IOCSFs 20th Anniversary Concert and began development of Tarik ORegans Requiem for the Estranged supported by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. These commissions expanded the contemporary choral repertoire and engaged audiences with innovative new music.
