Programs described in its return (2)
- $88,186 spent. Nepal INpowerment Center for Girls: Located in the remote village of Ghyangphedi, this learning center and dormitory houses 46 girls at risk of child sex trafficking. During 2025 the Centre continued to provide safe housing and educational support for girls from remote communities. The holistic empowerment program successfully integrated academic support with life-skills training, leadership development, and trafficking prevention education, fostering well-rounded personal growth. Girls demonstrated stronger school attendance, retention, academic engagement, and exam preparation. Construction also commenced in 2025 on a 3rd floor expansion of the facility, which will be completed in 2026.
- $7,965 spent. Compass Rose Retreat Program: This Denver, CO-based program was designed to provide participating girls with tools for mindfulness, anxiety reduction, and other lessons for dealing with changes in everyday life -- essentially learning how to focus on their "True North." The weekend retreat program was suspended during the second quarter of the year while the organization reexamines future plans.
