What it says it does
We are a global Christian organization committed to partnering with indigenous peoples, local churches, and community-based organizations to make disciples of Jesus Christ and help end extreme poverty. We serve indigenous pygmies, vulnerable children, and struggling families in some of the world's poorest and crisis-affected regions, where war, hunger, and disease have created deep needs. Our ministry shares the love of God and brings hope through practical and spiritual support. We provide education and nutritious meals for children, equip local leaders, and promote sustainable community development. Our impact includes outreach to more than 20 schools in Kenya, equipping over 300 farmers with training and seeds, supporting over 40 women with sewing skills, and supporting more than 1,300 students with educational needs, primarily in Kenya and DR Congo.

Our mission is to strengthen believers, equip leaders, and build Christ-centered communities that continue to grow long after our teams leave. Each year, we mobilize short-term and long-term mission teams from the United States to Africa and Asia. These teams partner with local churches and leaders to share the gospel, teach the Bible, and encourage believers to stand firm in their faith. Ministry activities include evangelism school outreaches, leadership conferences, youth and women's seminars, and specialized training sessions for pastors and community leaders. In 2024, we launched our internship program, giving university students an opportunity to volunteer for a full year of hands-on ministry experience. These interns serve in schools, children's homes, and rehabilitation centers, sharing the hope of Jesus Christ with young people. They mentor students and youth, offer spiritual encouragement, and guide them in making wise academic and career decisions. Through their service, young leaders are being shaped into strong Christian influencers who make a meaningful impact in their schools and communities. Overall, our staff, volunteers, and partners reached more than 20,000 people in 2024 through weekly discipleship Bible studies, crusades, conferences, and evangelistic outreach across Africa, Asia, and the United States. To support long-term spiritual and community transformation, PIPES began the construction of the Living Water Transformation Center in February 2024. This center now serves as a regional hub for discipleship, training, and empowerment-especially for the Maasai community in Kenya. It now provides a dedicated space for Bible courses, leadership development, youth programs, and skills training. Through these efforts, PIPES continues to nurture disciples who impact their communities for Christ.
- $99,564 spent. EMPOWERMENT: Our Empowerment Program focuses on strengthening the socioeconomic well-being of individuals, families, and communities. At PIPES, we are deeply committed to serving vulnerable populations-especially those experiencing poverty, limited opportunities, and financial hardship. We support community-driven initiatives that reduce suffering and promote sustainable development among indigenous and low-income communities. By equipping local leaders with practical skills, resources, and ongoing training, we help them take ownership of long-lasting transformation within their own communities. Our empowerment initiatives include farming and food security programs, small business development, savings groups, vocational and sewing skills, jigger treatment, health awareness, and insurance premium support for vulnerable households.. In 2024, we trained and equipped more than 300 farmers with seeds, tools, and agricultural practices to improve household food production and income generation. Additionally, we provided water to 500 people among the Maasai in Kenay, we supported 50 women with sewing and vocational skills in Rwanda, Burundi and Pakistan-empowering them to provide for their families, start small businesses, and live with dignity. These combined efforts continue to uplift communities, restore hope, and build pathways out of poverty for generations to come.
- $87,813 spent. EDUCATION: PIPES is committed to empowering youth and students by increasing access to quality formal education-one of the most effective pathways out of poverty. In 2024, we completed the construction of an elementary school on Idjwi Island in the Democratic Republic of Congo, serving grades one through six. By December 2024, more than 300 children had already enrolled. This new school provides a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where students can learn, grow, and dream of a brighter future. The students receive a hot meal three times a week. We partner with schools across Africa and Asia to strengthen education, improve learning outcomes, and support vulnerable students. Through our child scholarship program, we help children who would otherwise have no opportunity to attend school, ensuring they receive the education they deserve. Across our various programs, PIPES currently supports more than 1,300 students in Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia, enabling them to access classrooms, learning materials, meals, and mentorship. In the Democratic Republic of Congo, we partially support the salaries of 30 teachers who play a critical role in educating the 1,300 children under our care. By investing in teachers and school infrastructure, we create sustainable systems that benefit entire communities. Through these efforts, we have demonstrated God's love and extended hope to thousands of children and their families. Quality education remains one of our highest priorities-and we are committed to making it accessible to every child we serve.
