Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- $2,702 spent. In 2025 we have made significant progress in our genetic testing for 2 week old puppies. We continue developing a protocol that will enable even the smallest breeds to be swabbed for genetic testing at a very early age. Genetic testing labs only have the large swabs designed for larger puppies.
- $2,589 spent. The Shih Tzu breed at times produces young that have a retained remnant artery in the eye Approximately 30 percent of the retained arteries do not resorb and result in a cataract of the eye that requires a 3000 surgery to remove and replace with an artificial lens. In 2025 we continue to test an enhanced protocol of specific eye drops and ophthalmic salves to determine if the process of resorption is facilitated
- $2,513 spent. We have replaced all of our 75 watt full spectrum lighting with 150 watt full spectrum natural lighting. In 2025 we continue to document the changes to the females fertility cycle and bloodwork.
