OUR PARTICIPANTS BUILD AN IMPACTFUL, LONG-LASTING NETWORK OF OTHER LEADERS WHILE SHARPENING THEIR OWN LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES, EXPLORING MANY CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES OF OUR COMMUNITY, AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE VITALITY OF OUR REGION THROUGH COMMUNITY CHANGE INITIATIVES.
